Have you ever undecorated after Christmas and immediately felt that your house looked naked or empty? I have. Did you know you can leave some of your Christmas decor out to serve as winter decor? That’s a cool idea. I may have Hubby put a strand or two back up. I just bought of bunch of new lights on clearance. 🙂

You’re so right, I feel the lack of decorations. I’m going to get out some candles and natural decorations and spruce up a bit. Thanks for the inspiration. 🙂

Yes, I’m doing the same. I need to dig out a couple of felt snowmen to add to the natural decor I picked up this morning. 🙂

I avoid all the confusion and post holiday depression by simply not putting up any decorations. No work before. No work after. Yup. No work. No depression. No need to un-decorate. Works for me! 🙂

I have been so busy with organizing, decluttering and trying to finish our bedroom makeover that I haven’t had any time to do some fun Winter DIY decor. We finally got our lights down, natural wreaths taken apart, and some of our Christmas decor put up in the attic but I still have my bottle top trees out to store in a safer spot so as not to crush them. This post and Michelle’s from Blessing from me have inspired me to do a little Winter crafting today. So after I visit a few of your post and check on some other blogger’s site, think I will have a fun Sunday being creative. I could use a break. Thanks Robin, great post recommendation.
