How to Make the Best Potato Soup with this Secret Ingredient!

You just can’t beat a good old slow cooker soup!  It’s so easy to throw together and needs no fussing over while it cooks. It took me all of 5 minutes to get the slow cooker going, then I had the afternoon free to do other things. I love not having to peel and cut up potatoes for this recipe!

Fat Blasting Italian Soup

Not just for dieters! This soup is low calorie, no fat, fiber-rich, heart healthy, high protein and just as important, flavorful. It’s also pretty easy to make!

15 Bean Soup & Johnny Cakes

Super easy to prepare and a hearty, flavorful, ready to eat meal after working. Super healthy, too!

Kansas City Steak Soup

This hearty Hamburger Vegetable Soup only takes about 45 minutes to make, but has a simmered-all-day taste. It’s a nice twist on a traditional vegetable beef soup. This was a popular recipe from one of my favorite restaurants in Kansas City. It’s real name is Kansas City Steak Soup, and sometimes referred to as Plaza 111 Soup. No matter what you call it, it is absolutely delicious!

French Onion Soup

It’s rich and flavorful with caramelized onions, wine (optional) and beef broth that comes together deliciously in one pot! Ready to eat in 30 minutes! Plus it’s freezer-friendly!

Easy Hamburger Potato Soup

This Hamburger Potato Soup is thicker than the average soup, full of hamburger and yummy vegetables in a creamy base. It’s rich and flavorful, and so easy to make. Starting with a few frozen foods, it can be ready in about 30 minutes!

Instant Pot Vegan Vegetable Soup

If you are on a mission to improve your diet, and are trying to eat more vegetables, this soup is perfect! It is delicious and super easy to make, and the recipe can be adapted countless ways to incorporate whatever fresh vegetables and herbs you have available.

Chicken Marsala Soup

This delicious, light soup delivers the classic flavors of Chicken Marsala in a bowl. The earthy combination of fresh mushrooms, green onion, and Marsala wine make for a winning combination that is light enough for warm summer day, yet rich enough for a cool fall evening. Thanks to the addition of pre-cooked or rotisserie chicken, you can have this homemade dish on the table in less than 30 minutes.

Instant Pot Garden Fresh Vegetable Soup

This lighter tasting Garden Fresh Vegetable Soup is perfect for end of summer meals. It’s delicious and filling without being too heavy. I like to serve it with a side salad and a crusty bread. It can be made with vegetables fresh from the garden or picked up from the farmer’s market, or whatever fresh vegetables and herbs you happen to have on hand that need to be used.

Cauliflower & Goat Cheese Soup

One of the great things about cauliflower is how well it takes on the flavors of other ingredients. In this case, the more pungent goat cheese adds an interesting and delicious dimension to the finished result. If you can’t find goat cheese or don’t care for the taste, cream cheese can easily be substituted. It just won’t have the same tanginess. This quick and versatile soup makes a nice, light appetizer or a filling lunch when paired with a crisp, green salad. Plus it’s Low Carb and Keto-friendly.

Sausage Soup with Peppers and Onions

A delicious and flavorful sausage soup that doesn’t need to simmer for hours to develop an amazing flavor. Thanks to a satisfying combination of spicy Poblano pepper, classic herbs, and an interesting blend of spices, this soup delivers lots of fantastic flavor in just over half an hour.

There you have it….
